About Spencer Lulling

I am a Fort Wayne native, born and raised. I graduated from Snider High School and
attended college at IPFW, where I earned two Bachelor of Science degrees—one in
Marketing and one in Economics and Public Policy.

I bring over 12 years of corporate experience as a Director of Marketing and E-Commerce
for a multinational company, alongside a proven track record as an active real estate
investor in the Greater Fort Wayne market. I love connecting with new people, building
long-term relationships, and diving deep into analytics and insights to drive exceptional
results for my clients.

Outside of real estate, I have been married to my wonderful wife, Cora, since 2023.
Together, we have a newborn son, Parker, and a miniature schnauzer named Loui. We love
to travel all around the world—with favorite trips including Iceland, Scotland, Guatemala,
and Patagonia, —as well as staying active, hiking, and participating in anything competitive
that we can find!
